s 19 Illegal conditions
19. Any person who, in selling any controlled article, imposes, except with the Controller’s permission, any condition of sale other than a condition of sale —(a)
requiring immediate payment for the controlled article;
(b)
prescribing the time within which payment must be made or delivery taken; or
(c)
requiring a deposit in respect of sale of the controlled article,
shall be guilty of an offence under this Act.
