s 18 Saving for investigations by police and law enforcement officers
18. Nothing in this Act prohibits a police officer, an authorised person within the meaning of section 39 of the Criminal Procedure Code 2010 or any other duly authorised law enforcement officer from lawfully conducting investigations pursuant to the powers conferred on him or her under any written law.[14
