s 138 Grant of certificate of citizenship in cases of doubt
138. Upon application made in that behalf in the prescribed manner, the Government may grant in the form prescribed a certificate of citizenship to a person with respect to whose citizenship a doubt exists, whether of fact or of law:Provided that where the Government is satisfied that such a certificate was obtained in circumstances set out in Article 132(1)(a) or (b), the Government may, by order, cancel such certificate.
