Constitution of the Republic of Singapore s 75

s 75 Oaths of Allegiance and Secrecy

75. Before any person who has been appointed Chairman or a member enters upon the duties of his office, he shall take and subscribe before a Supreme Court Judge the Oath of Allegiance and the Oath of Secrecy in the forms set out respectively in paragraphs 2 and 7 in the First Schedule.[38/2019]
