s 20 Eradication and destruction of prohibited plants
20.—(1) Any prohibited plant cultivated in contravention of any order made under section 17 may be eradicated and destroyed by the Director-General or any person acting under his or her authority.
(2) The cost of such eradication and destruction is recoverable from the owner or occupier of the land on which the prohibited plant was planted or permitted to grow or from the person who planted it, as a debt due to the Board.[10/2019]
