Consumer Protection (Trade Descriptions and Safety Requirements) Act 1975 s 30

s 30 Jurisdiction of District and Magistrate’s Courts

30. Despite anything to the contrary in the Criminal Procedure Code 2010, a District Court or Magistrate’s Court has jurisdiction to try any offence under this Act and to impose the full penalty or punishment in respect of any such offence.
