s 14A Exemption from this Part

14A.—(1) Subject to such conditions as the Board may impose, the persons specified in the Schedule are exempted, to the extent specified in the Schedule, from any provision of this Part. (2) The Board may, by order in the Gazette, amend the Schedule.
