s 19 Written directions
19.—(1) The Director‑General may, by written notice, issue directions to any person for the purpose of facilitating any inspection under this Part.[49/2007]
(2) Any person who wilfully fails to comply with any direction given by the Director‑General under subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $6,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both.[49/2007]
