s 101 Saving of powers of General Division of High Court

101. Nothing contained in this Act is to be held to lessen or affect the powers of Judges sitting in the General Division of the High Court to direct persons confined in Singapore to be brought before the General Division of the High Court by an Order for Review of Detention.[75 [42/2005; 40/2019]
