s 113 Powers of Youth Court conferred on other courts
113. Except as otherwise provided, nothing in this Act affects the powers of a Magistrate’s Court, a District Court or the General Division of the High Court, and all the powers which may be exercised under this Act by a Youth Court may, in like manner, be exercised by a Magistrate’s Court, a District Court or the General Division of the High Court.[85
