s 117A Amendment of Second Schedule

117A.—(1) The Minister may, by order in the Gazette, amend, add to or vary the Second Schedule. (2) An order made under subsection (1) must be presented to Parliament as soon as possible after publication in the Gazette.[Act 31 of 2022 wef 30/12/2025]
