s 27 Certificate of Director‑General or protector to be evidence

27. A certificate purporting to be under the hand of the Director‑General or a protector as to any entry in a register or any other record or as to any matter or thing which he or she is authorised by this Act to make or to do is prima facie evidence of the entry having been made and of the contents thereof and of the matter or thing having been done or not done.[23 [30/2019]
