s 98 Duty to inform person‑in‑charge
98. Where a child or young person detained in a juvenile rehabilitation centre or place of safety is admitted to an approved hospital, it is the duty of a registered medical practitioner or any officer of the approved hospital to inform the person‑in‑charge of the juvenile rehabilitation centre or place of safety, if he or she has reason to believe that the child or young person may escape.[72
