s 135 Endorsement of certificate of registration on debentures
135.—(1) The company must cause to be endorsed on every debenture forming one of a series of debentures, or certificate of debenture stock which is issued by the company and the payment of which is secured by a charge so registered —(a) a copy of the notice of registration; or (b) a statement that the registration has been effected and the date of registration. (2) Subsection (1) does not apply to any debenture or certificate of debenture stock which has been issued by the company before the charge was registered.
