s 196E Transitional provision on keeping of residential address and contact address of members of private company
196E. As from the date of commencement of section 43 of the ACRA (Registry and Regulatory Enhancements) Act 2024, the Registrar must cause —(a) the address contained in the electronic register of members of each member who is an individual to be kept as the residential address of that member and, until notice of a change in the individual’s contact address is lodged under any ACRA administered Act on or after that date, also as the contact address of that member; and (b) that contact address to be made available for public access under section 12(2)(d) as the address of that member.[Act 21 of 2024 wef 09/12/2024] [Act 24 of 2025 wef 06/05/2026]
