s 205AE Privilege against defamation
205AE. A person is not liable to any action for defamation at the suit of any person —(a) in the absence of malice, in respect of the publication of the written statement to the member of the company pursuant to section 205AC(1); or (b) in respect of the publication of the written statement to the member of the company pursuant to section 205AD(4)(b).[36/2014]
