s 344H Retention of books and papers upon striking off

344H.—(1) Where the name of a company has been struck off and the company dissolved under section 344 or 344A, a person who was an officer of the company immediately before the company was dissolved must ensure that all books and papers of the company are retained for a period of at least 5 years after the date on which the company was dissolved.[15/2017] (2) An officer of a company who fails to comply with subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,000.[15/2017] —(1) Where the name of a company has been struck off and the company dissolved under section 344 or 344A, a person who was an officer of the company immediately before the company was dissolved must ensure that all books and papers of the company are retained for a period of at least 5 years after the date on which the company was dissolved.[15/2017] (2) An officer of a company who fails to comply with subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,000.[15/2017]
