s 36 Model constitution

36.—(1) The Minister may prescribe model constitutions for —(a) private companies; and (b) companies limited by guarantee, (called in this section and section 37 specified companies). [36/2014] (2) Different model constitutions may be prescribed for different descriptions of specified companies.[36/2014]
