371.—(1) On the registration of a foreign company under this Division, the Registrar must issue a notice in the prescribed form and the notice is prima facie evidence in all courts of the particulars mentioned in the notice.(2) Upon the application of the foreign company that has been duly registered and payment of the prescribed fee, the Registrar must issue to the foreign company a certificate confirming the particulars mentioned in the notice, and the certificate is prima facie evidence in all courts of those particulars. —(1) On the registration of a foreign company under this Division, the Registrar must issue a notice in the prescribed form and the notice is prima facie evidence in all courts of the particulars mentioned in the notice.
