s 12 Lapse of licence
12.—(1) Unless expired or earlier revoked under section 22(1), a licence lapses —(a) when the licensee ceases to exist; or (b) if the licensee is a sole proprietorship of which the sole proprietor is an individual — on the death of the sole proprietor.
