s 24 Restrictions on entitlement to compensation under DI Scheme
24. Where the Agency has paid an insured depositor the full amount of compensation payable to the insured depositor or any person referred to in section 22(7) or both (as the case may be) in respect of the insured depositor’s insured deposits, in accordance with this Act, no other person is entitled, in respect of those same insured deposits, to compensation under this Part.
