Deposit Insurance and Policy Owners’ Protection Schemes Act 2011 s 88

s 88 Application of Companies Act 1967

88. Nothing in this Act, with the exception of sections 58, 59, 60, 62 and 79, affects the operation of the Companies Act 1967 in relation to its application to a company that is designated as the deposit insurance and policy owners’ protection fund agency under section 56.
