s 12 Registrar

12.—(1) For the purposes of this Act, there is to be a Registrar of the Council. (2) The Chief Dental Officer is to be the Registrar of the Council. (3) The Minister may appoint a person to act as Registrar during the absence from Singapore or incapacity from illness or otherwise of the Registrar.
