s 40 Certain registered dentists not to perform prescribed procedures
40.—(1) The Council may, with the approval of the Minister, make regulations prohibiting a person to whom this section applies from performing such procedures within the practice of dentistry as are prescribed by those regulations.
(2) This section applies to any person deemed to be a registered dentist under section 80(1) on the ground that he or she is registered under the repealed Act immediately before 15 October 1999 by virtue of section 6(1)(e) of the repealed Act.[32
