s 69 Fees payable for members of Council and members of committees

69. There must be paid to —(a) the members of the Council; and (b) the members of any committee appointed by the Council or by the president, who are not public officers or full-time members of the academic staff of the National University of Singapore any fees that may be approved by the Minister.
