s 27 Pending legal proceedings
27. Any proceedings or cause of action relating to —(a)
the portion of the property, assets, interests, rights, privileges, liabilities and obligations transferred to the Agency under section 22; or
(b)
any employee transferred to the service of the Agency under section 23 pending or existing immediately before 15 March 2000 by or against the Government, or any person acting on its behalf,
may be continued and enforced by or against the Agency.
