s 11 Restriction on transfer of electricity licence

11.—(1) No electricity licence is transferable to any other person without the approval in writing of the Authority.(2) Any purported transfer of an electricity licence is void. —(1) No electricity licence is transferable to any other person without the approval in writing of the Authority.
