s 95 Power to administer oaths, etc.
95. For the purpose of holding any inquiry under this Act, any authorised officer has power to administer oaths and affirmations and is vested with the powers of a Magistrate for compelling the attendance of witnesses, maintaining order and otherwise conducting the inquiry, and any person summoned to attend any such inquiry is legally bound so to attend.
