s 8 Constitution of Council

8.—(1) The Council consists of the following members:(a) a chairperson called the president; (b) not less than 5 and not more than 15 such other members as the Minister may determine.[5/2018] (2) The Schedule has effect with respect to the Council, its members and its proceedings.
