s 44 Designation of others to hear appeals
44. The Minister may designate the following persons to hear and determine in the Minister’s place, any appeal under section 43:(a)
any Minister of State or Senior Minister of State, for his or her Ministry;
(b)
any Parliamentary Secretary or Senior Parliamentary Secretary, for his or her Ministry,
and any reference in section 43 to the Minister includes a reference to the Minister of State or Senior Minister of State, or Parliamentary Secretary or Senior Parliamentary Secretary, so designated for that appeal.
