Education Endowment and Savings Schemes Act 1992 s 11

s 11 Advisory Council

11.—(1) An Advisory Council is established for the purposes of advising the Minister as to the application of the income of the Endowment Fund. (2) The Council consists of at least 3 but not more than 7 members to be appointed by the Minister. (3) The Minister must appoint one of the members as chairperson. (4) The Schedule has effect with respect to the Council.[10
