s 33 Presentation of financial statements, auditor’s report and annual report to Parliament
33. The Minister must, as soon as practicable but not later than 30 September of each year, cause an annual report in respect of the administration of the Endowment Fund, the Edusave Pupils Fund and the PSE Fund during the preceding financial year to be prepared, and must present a copy of the annual report and of the audited financial statements and the auditor’s report to Parliament.[22
