s 15 Power of investment

15. The Authority may invest its moneys (including the moneys in the Future Energy Fund) in accordance with the standard investment power of statutory bodies as defined in section 33A of the Interpretation Act 1965.[45/2004] [Act 27 of 2024 wef 08/11/2024]
