Environmental Protection and Management Act 1999 s 40

s 40 Advisory and technical committees

40.—(1) The Agency may, from time to time, appoint any advisory or technical committees that the Agency thinks necessary for any of the purposes of this Act. (2) The composition of such committees and the terms of appointment of the members are to be determined by the Agency.
