s 40W Power to require tests or examinations
40W.—(1) The Director-General or any authorised officer may, for the purpose of ascertaining whether any person has complied with section 40D, 40P or 40Q, by written notice require the person to —(a) carry out any test or examination specified in the written notice; and (b) provide any report, document or information specified in the written notice concerning the test or examination. (2) A person that, without reasonable excuse, fails to comply with any written notice under subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,000.[Act 24 of 2021 wef 01/10/2022]
