s 67 Amendments to Commodity Trading Act

67.—(1) (2) Section 2(1) of the Commodity Trading Act 1992, as amended by the Securities and Futures (Amendment) Act 2017, is amended by deleting the definition of “Board” and substituting the following definition:“ “Board” means the Enterprise Singapore Board established by section 3 of the Enterprise Singapore Board Act 2018;”.
