s 16 Obstruction
16. Any person who —(a)
obstructs or impedes the Director‑General or any authorised officer in the execution of the Director‑General’s or authorised officer’s duty under this Act; or
(b)
without reasonable excuse, refuses or fails to produce or furnish any book, document, paper or information or render all necessary assistance as may be required or directed by the Director‑General or an authorised officer,
shall be guilty of an offence.
