s 30 Production of documents, etc.

30. The Controller or an authorised officer has, for the purposes of the execution of this Act, power to do all or any of the following:(a) require the production of any identification document from any person in relation to any offence under this Act; (b) make such inquiry as may be necessary to ascertain whether the provisions of this Act have been complied with.
