s 103A Interpretation of this Division

103A. In this Division —“Commercial Affairs Officer” means a Commercial Affairs Officer appointed under section 64 of the Police Force Act 2004; “data” has the meaning given by section 2(1) of the Computer Misuse Act 1993; “police officer” means a member of the Singapore Police Force.[Act 12 of 2024 wef 24/01/2025]
