s 42 Authority to administer Act

42.—(1) The Authority is charged with the general administration of this Act and the exercise of the functions imposed on it by this Act. (2) The Authority may authorise or appoint any person to assist it in the exercise of its functions and duties under this Act, either generally or in a particular case. (3) The members of the Authority are deemed to be public servants within the meaning of the Penal Code 1871.
