Foreign Interference (Countermeasures) Act 2021 s 6

s 6 Meaning of “foreign interference”

6. In this Act, “foreign interference” —(a) means interference that is undertaken by or on behalf of —(i) a foreign principal; or (ii) another person acting on behalf of a foreign principal; and (b) includes any activity undertaken or conduct engaged in as part of preparing for, or planning, interference mentioned in paragraph (a).
