s 103 Exemption

103. The Minister may, by order either generally or in any particular case, and subject to such conditions as the Minister may impose, exempt any person, premises, structure, aircraft, vehicle, vessel or fire safety works from all or any of the provisions of this Act.[53 [7/2004; 14/2013]
