s 65 Application of this Part to Government buildings, etc.
65.—(1) This Part applies to fire safety works starting on or after 15 April 2004 and which are carried out by or on behalf of the Government in any building wholly or partly owned or occupied by the Government, but nothing in this Act renders the Government to prosecution for an offence.[7/2004] (2) To avoid doubt, no person is immune from prosecution for any offence under this Part by reason that the person is a contractor engaged to provide services to the Government, or is acting in any other similar capacity for, or on behalf of, the Government.[30D [7/2004]
