s 85 Offences
85.—(1) Any person who contravenes section 78, 79(1) or (2), 80(1), (2), (3) or (4) or 81 shall be guilty of an offence.[7/2004; 14/2013] (2) Any person who contravenes section 82 or 83 shall be guilty of an offence.[14/2013] (3) Any person who contravenes section 84 shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $100,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both and, in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine not exceeding $1,000 for every day or part of a day during which the offence continues after conviction.[37 [14/2013]
