s 92 Appeal Advisory Board
92.—(1) The Appeal Advisory Board consists of a Chairperson, a Vice‑Chairperson and such other members as the Minister may appoint.[22/2019]
(2) The Chairperson, Vice‑Chairperson and members of the Appeal Advisory Board —(a)
hold their office for such period as the Minister may determine, and may be re‑appointed;
(b)
may at any time be removed from office by the Minister; and
(c)
may at any time resign from their office by writing addressed to the Minister.[42B
