s 131 Modification of law of insolvency

131. Despite anything to the contrary in this Act, the Companies Act 1967 and the Insolvency, Restructuring and Dissolution Act 2018 —(a) any sale, transfer, assignment or other disposition of any property or business of a pertinent financial institution pursuant to section 67 or 73 must not be reversed, repaid or set aside, except where a certificate has been issued under section 71 to reverse such sale, transfer, assignment or other disposition; and (b) no order may be made by any court for the rectification or stay of any such sale, transfer, assignment or other disposition.
