s 10 Prohibition on transfer of gas licence without consent of Authority

10.—(1) No gas licence may be transferred without the prior written consent of the Authority.(2) Any purported transfer of a gas licence is void. —(1) No gas licence may be transferred without the prior written consent of the Authority. (2) Any purported transfer of a gas licence is void.
