s 14 Power to modify gas licences

14.—(1) The Authority may modify any condition of any gas licence in accordance with this Part. (2) The Authority must not modify any condition of a gas licence unless the Authority is satisfied that the modification is requisite or expedient having regard to the functions and duties of the Authority under section 3.
