s 94 General exemption

94. The Authority may, with the approval of the Minister and by order in the Gazette, exempt any person or premises or any class of persons or premises, subject to such conditions or restrictions as may be specified in the order, from any or all of the provisions of this Act other than sections 6 to 10 and 63B.[24/2007]
