s 85 Rules of Court

85. The Rules Committee constituted under section 80(3) of the Supreme Court of Judicature Act 1969 may make rules with respect to —(a) proceedings and the practice and procedure of the Court in respect of any matter under this Act; and (b) the fees and costs of such proceedings.
